{"id":1130,"date":"2026-02-09T11:46:33","date_gmt":"2026-02-09T14:46:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/novalink.com.br\/knowledge-base\/?post_type=knowledgebase&#038;p=1130"},"modified":"2026-02-09T11:47:43","modified_gmt":"2026-02-09T14:47:43","slug":"autenticacao-de-cliente-com-roteador-resetado-utilizando-preset","status":"publish","type":"knowledgebase","link":"https:\/\/novalink.com.br\/knowledge-base\/base-de-conhecimento\/tutorias-tecnicos\/autenticacao-de-cliente-com-roteador-resetado-utilizando-preset\/","title":{"rendered":"Autentica\u00e7\u00e3o de cliente com roteador resetado utilizando Preset"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>O objetivo deste t\u00f3pico \u00e9 orientar o t\u00e9cnico interno sobre o procedimento correto para restaurar a autentica\u00e7\u00e3o do cliente quando o roteador for resetado.<\/strong> Nesses casos, devido \u00e0 exist\u00eancia do Preset NovaLink, o equipamento pode se conectar automaticamente ao concentrador utilizando o PPPoE padr\u00e3o, em vez do PPPoE real do cliente <strong>(Para a execu\u00e7\u00e3o deste procedimento, o t\u00e9cnico j\u00e1 deve ter conhecimento pr\u00e9vio sobre o que \u00e9 um Preset e quais s\u00e3o os padr\u00f5es internos de autentica\u00e7\u00e3o PPPoE utilizados pela NovaLink)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cen\u00e1rio (como funciona)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cliente possui PPPoE de autentica\u00e7\u00e3o individual (ex<strong>: <code>joao@novalink<\/code><\/strong>).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>O roteador do cliente deve ter um Preset Novalink.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Em caso de reset (manual ou eventual), ao reiniciar o roteador: ele aplica o preset e autentica no concentrador com o PPPoE padr\u00e3o <code><strong>novalink@novalink<\/strong><\/code> para garantir que o equipamento suba e fique acess\u00edvel para interven\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Importante: <code>novalink@novalink<\/code> \u00e9 um PPPoE \u201ccoringa\u201d do preset para conting\u00eancia e acesso t\u00e9cnico. Ap\u00f3s o atendimento, o roteador deve voltar a usar o PPPoE do cliente.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>segue o exemplo abaixo, utilizando um roteador ativo e com o PPPoE devidamente configurado <strong>\u21b4<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video\"><video height=\"976\" style=\"aspect-ratio: 1918 \/ 976;\" width=\"1918\" controls src=\"https:\/\/novalink.com.br\/knowledge-base\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/PPPoE-Client.mp4\"><\/video><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Passo a passo (fluxo operacional)\u21b4<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1. Confirmar o reset: Validar com o cliente se houve reset manual, queda de energia, atualiza\u00e7\u00e3o, bot\u00e3o reset acionado etc. Confirmar sintomas: Wi\u2011Fi \u201csumiu\u201d, nome de rede padr\u00e3o voltou, sem internet, LED\/estado de f\u00e1brica.\u3164\u3164\u3164\u3164\u3164\u3164\u3164\u3164\u3164\u3164\u3164\u3164\u3164\u3164\u3164\u3164\u3164\u3164\u3164\u3164\u3164\u3164\u3164\u3164\u3164\u3164\u3164\u3164\u3164\u3164\u3164\u3164\u3164\u3164<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2.
